Position Summary: Analyst role focused on strategic follow-up, reporting, and process improvement within a dynamic organizational context. Key Highlights: 1. Analytical profile with critical thinking and synthesis skills **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * 2–4 years of experience in strategy, planning, PMO, consulting, or similar areas. * Experience in tracking initiatives, preparing executive reports, and cross-functional analysis. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Excel and PowerPoint**. * Knowledge of strategic management, KPIs, and project control. * Preferred experience in corporate environments (banking, retail, holding companies, etc.). * Preferred knowledge of agile methodologies or PMO practices. * Analytical, organized profile with critical thinking and synthesis skills. **Responsibilities** * Monitor institutional objectives, strategic priorities, and key initiatives. * Consolidate progress information from PMOs, leaders, and involved departments. * Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries to support decision-making. * Design and improve tracking protocols, templates, and mechanisms. * Identify alerts, deviations, risks, and opportunities, proposing improvement actions. * Conduct research and benchmarking to strengthen strategic proposals. * Provide methodological support to teams regarding tracking and deliverable structuring. * Support cross-functional initiatives in strategy and organizational transformation.
