




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced General Manager for a financial cooperative, responsible for administrative and economic representation, growth strategy, and operational management. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the cooperative's growth and development strategy. 2. Responsible for administrative, economic, and judicial representation. 3. Update and manage the organization's regulations and manuals. **Position Required: “General Manager”.** **Required Profile:** \- Age 35 or older. \- Academic background and education level: professional degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Administration; preferably with prior experience managing a Cooperative. \- Postgraduate studies, Master’s degree, or Doctorate in the aforementioned professions or specialties; with extensive experience. \- Salary expectations to be discussed. **Experience:** \- Minimum of 4 years’ experience holding positions such as Manager, Legal Representative, Coordinator, Administrator, or related roles. MORAL FITNESS and not reported as a debtor in the Financial System. \- Experience working in the financial sector: cooperatives, banks, and/or savings and loan associations. **Position Objectives:** \- THE MANAGER IS THE HIGHEST-LEVEL EXECUTIVE OFFICIAL OF THE COOPERATIVE AND IS ACCOUNTABLE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR ITS OPERATIONS. \- TRUSTED PERSONNEL. \- STRATEGIES TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS, THEIR SAVINGS, LOANS, AND CREDITS; AS WELL AS IMPROVE MARKET INTEREST RATES. **Functions and/or Responsibilities of the Position:** \- EXERCISE ADMINISTRATIVE, ECONOMIC, AND JUDICIAL REPRESENTATION OF THE COOPERATIVE WITH THE AUTHORITY GRANTED BY THE GENERAL COOPERATIVES LAW, THE BYLAWS, AND OTHER APPLICABLE LEGAL NORMS. \- SIGN DOCUMENTS TOGETHER WITH THE PRESIDENT OR ANOTHER DIRECTOR OR THE OFFICIAL DESIGNATED BY INTERNAL REGULATIONS. \- REPRESENT THE COOPERATIVE IN ANY OTHER ACTS, EXCEPT WHEN, BY LAW OR BYLAWS, SUCH RESPONSIBILITIES ARE EXCLUSIVELY ASSIGNED TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. \- IMPLEMENT NECESSARY MEASURES TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH ALL COOPERATIVE OBLIGATIONS RELATED TO LABOR, TAX, AND ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS. \- ESTABLISH THE BUDGET, MONITOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION, AND PROPOSE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ANY POTENTIAL EXPANSION WITH DETAILED JUSTIFICATION FOR APPROVAL. \- OVERSEE THE EVALUATION AND MONITORING OF THE LOAN PORTFOLIO: ORDER THE PREPARATION OF PERIODIC REPORTS AND RECONCILIATIONS OF THE ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL MOVEMENTS IN MEMBERS’ ACCOUNT STATEMENTS AND CORRESPONDING PROVISIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW. \- FULFILL OBLIGATIONS TOWARDS THE SUPERINTENDENCY OF BANKING AND INSURANCE (SBS). \- PREPARE THE THREE-YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN AND THE ANNUAL OPERATIONAL PLAN. \- UPDATE THE ORGANIZATION AND FUNCTIONS MANUAL. \- UPDATE REGULATIONS AND MANUALS. \- EXCELLENT SERVICE TO MEMBERS, AS WELL AS COURTESY AND TEAMWORK WITH STAFF UNDER HIS/HER SUPERVISION. **INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHOULD SEND THEIR CV TO THE EMAIL:** **creacoop\_seleccionpersonal@hotmail.com** Work Location: On-site employment
