




Job Summary: Supervises and manages compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, identifies risks, and coordinates actions to ensure workplace safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS). 2. Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control Measures (HIRAC). 3. Development and dissemination of safe work procedures. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields, with professional registration. * Knowledge of Peruvian occupational health and safety legislation. * Hazard identification and risk assessment skills. * Experience managing safety performance indicators. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS). * Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose control measures (HIRAC). * Develop, update, and disseminate safe work procedures. * Verify proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Manage work permits (e.g., Hot Work Permit, Confined Space Entry Permit, Working at Heights Permit). * Coordinate safety training sessions and toolbox talks (5-minute talks, inductions, etc.). * Maintain up-to-date mandatory occupational health and safety documentation. * Coordinate with clients or mining units to ensure compliance with HSE standards. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll from day one. * 100% statutory benefits. * Atypical work schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off — assigned to mining unit.
