Job Summary: Oleohidraulics is seeking a Field Hydraulic Supervisor to lead and coordinate technical teams, ensure quality and safety standards, and manage work progress. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for technical reporting and project management ***At Oleohidraulics, we continue growing and expanding our team — therefore, we seek talented, committed individuals passionate about professional development.*** Position: **Field Hydraulic Supervisor** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Senior Technician graduated in Maintenance Mechanics and/or Heavy Machinery, with specialization or knowledge in hydraulics. * 4 years of experience repairing stationary and mobile oleohydraulic equipment. * 4 years of experience repairing mining hydraulic equipment. * Knowledge of industrial and mining hydraulic systems. * Knowledge of corrective maintenance of hydraulic equipment, including pump, motor, and valve repair. * Knowledge of UPH assembly, hydraulic cylinder disassembly, and repair. * Knowledge of hydraulic hoses and fittings. * Ability to read engineering drawings and technical datasheets. * Basic metrology for seal calibration. * Knowledge of industrial safety and "5S". * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level). * Willingness to travel (Mandatory) * Availability to work in La Victoria \- Lima (Schedule: Mon. to Fri. 8am to 6pm \| Sat. 9am to 12pm) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and coordinate field technicians, assigning tasks within client-requested deadlines and aligned with project objectives. * Verify that completed work meets quality standards. * Report work progress to the Supervisor and Service Planner, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and according to the established schedule. * Ensure compliance with all safety rules and procedures at the worksite. * Provide training and guidance on safety practices and risk management to field workers; coordinate with SSOMA personnel as required. * Supervise proper use of materials and equipment, ensuring efficient utilization and good condition maintenance. * Maintain accurate records of daily work progress, hours worked, and any incidents or issues arising. Also responsible for submitting technical reports and settlements for amounts allocated to field service execution. * Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team to maintain high morale and optimal performance. * Manage and resolve conflicts among team members. * Perform other duties assigned by management, inherent to the position. **Salary above market rate** Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Willingness to travel: * 100 % (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
