At Constructora Concepción S.A.C., we are looking for a Human Resources Generalist for one of our offices located in Chiclayo \- Real Estate What will be your main challenge? You will be responsible for consolidating and strengthening the Human Resources department by implementing processes that support the organization’s growth and deliver a positive experience for employees. Main Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. * Administer payroll, contracts, vacations, benefits, severance payments, and commissions. * Ensure compliance with current Peruvian labor legislation. * Manage personnel documentation and administration. * Participate in initiatives related to workplace climate, corporate culture, internal communication, and training. * Implement improvements in HR processes, policies, and performance indicators. * Provide support to leaders on Human Capital Management matters. What are we looking for? * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience in generalist Human Resources roles. * Essential experience in: * Personnel administration. * Payroll management. * End-to-end selection processes. * Peruvian labor legislation. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Preferred experience in construction or real estate companies. * We seek an organized, autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented individual.
