Responsibilities * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals for electronic security systems. * Track quotations, purchase orders, requests, and payments. * Coordinate with Administration, Operations, and other internal departments to ensure timely customer service. * Provide administrative support to the commercial department and maintain up-to-date client and project information. * Record purchases and sales in the **CONCAR** system. * Assist in coordinating technical services, maintenance, and installations.
