A hotel located in the city of SICUANI is seeking a professional for the position of Hotel Administrator — a professional and proactive individual to lead operations with high service standards, innovation, and customer care. Responsibilities * Administer, supervise, and control accommodation, restaurant, and general event services (procurement, logistics, maintenance). **Coordinate with the Accounting and Administration departments regarding requirements for payment vouchers, purchases, and expenses (expense reports, purchase orders, supplier selection, and other related matters)** * Manage, supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of staff under supervision. * Plan and organize daily operations: reservations, room availability, events. * Ensure high-quality customer service: resolve complaints, provide quick solutions, and create positive experiences. * Make effective and timely decisions in response to unforeseen situations while maintaining service standards. * Operate hotel management technology and systems: reservations, accounting, operational data analysis. * Collaborate on promotional strategies: participation in institutional communications, commercial partnerships. * Control operational costs and budgets, ensuring the hotel’s profitability. * Guarantee proper procurement of supplies and materials necessary for the smooth operation of the kitchen department. * Coordinate with receptive and corporate clients. Requirements: * Hold a technical or university degree (Bachelor’s or Licentiate) in Hospitality and Tourism, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in hotel administration and management. * Proficiency in hotel management systems (mandatory). * Intermediate level of English (desirable). * Intermediate knowledge of computer applications and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. .
