Job Description: A company with over 14 years in the market, specializing in Mystery Shopper and Customer Experience, is looking for a highly analytical professional with executive writing skills and advanced Excel proficiency to join our Operations team. **Main Responsibilities** * Direct support to the Operations Manager. * Review, analysis, and validation of evaluations (including video reviews). * Preparation of professional executive reports. * Data analysis in Excel (pivot tables, charts, dashboards). * Loading and validation of information into internal software. * Participation in client meetings to present results and findings. * Support in administrative and operational tasks within the department. **Requirements** * Graduate, final-year student, or incomplete degree in: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Communications, or related fields. * Demonstrable proficiency in Artificial Intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI, or others) – highly valued. * Excellent writing and synthesis skills. * Age between 25 and 40 years. * Personal PC or laptop and stable internet connection. **Schedule – Day Shift** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. **Location:** Lima \- Remote Work **Conditions** * Salary: S/ 1,200 for the first 3 months via honorarium receipt.
