Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant oriented toward continuous improvement, inventory control, and process automation for our locations. Key Highlights: 1. Creation of dashboards and managerial reports A growing dental clinic is looking to incorporate a **Logistics Assistant** oriented toward continuous improvement, efficient inventory control, and process automation across our 03 locations. We seek an analytical, organized, proactive individual with strong results orientation. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage inventories, master data, suppliers, procurement, stock cards (kardex), and prepare budgets. * Automate reports and controls using digital tools. * Create dashboards and managerial reports in Excel and Power BI. * Administer databases and forms in Google Sheets and Google Forms. * Conduct process analysis and improvements; develop procedures. Education * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Technical Knowledge: ISO 9001, BPM, inventory management, master data, intermediate-to-advanced Excel, intermediate-to-advanced Power BI, Google Sheets, and Google Forms.
