We are looking for a candidate with experience in maintenance of industrial gastronomic equipment, cleaning of extraction systems, and support in stainless steel equipment manufacturing. **Responsibilities** * Assist with preventive maintenance services for industrial gastronomic equipment. * Perform cleaning and maintenance of: * Extraction hoods * Extraction ducts * Extractors and ventilation systems * Industrial kitchens * Fryers * Griddles, electric tables, and other industrial kitchen equipment. * Disassemble, clean, and reinstall equipment components as required by service needs. * Assist in the manufacturing and finishing of stainless steel equipment. Perform tasks including: * Stainless steel polishing. * Final cleaning and finishing of equipment. * Packaging and preparation for dispatch. * Maintain workshop order and cleanliness. * Assist in equipment transportation and loading when necessary. * Purchase materials and spare parts from suppliers in Lima, Las Malvinas, and other areas, as required by the company. * Follow supervisor instructions and assist in various operational activities. **Requirements** * Experience as a maintenance assistant for industrial or gastronomic equipment. * Proven experience in cleaning extraction hoods, ducts, and extraction systems. * Experience as a manufacturing assistant for stainless steel equipment. * Knowledge of polishing, cleaning, finishing, and packaging of stainless steel-manufactured equipment. * Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented attitude, and ability to work well in a team. * Availability to perform night shifts or early-morning shifts, with prior coordination. * Availability to work overtime when required by service needs. * **Reside in areas near Ate, Huaycán, Huachipa, Santa Clara, or adjacent districts.** * Valid driver’s license and vehicle operation experience preferred (not mandatory, but considered an added advantage) **Competencies** * Responsibility. * Punctuality. * Commitment. * Proactivity. * Honesty. * Order and cleanliness. * Teamwork. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Saturday:** 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * Availability to work overtime and early-morning shifts when operations require. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Overtime pay. * Continuous training. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for internal career growth. **Position Type:** Full-time.
