We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and problem-solving oriented **Integrated Maintenance Technician / Multiskilled Technician**. (Benefits):** * **Direct payroll enrollment** from your first day of work. * **All statutory benefits at 100%** (Bonuses, CTS, Paid Vacation, Health Insurance \- ESSALUD, and Family Allowance, if applicable). * **Timely payments:** Biweekly and end-of-month. * Job stability and an excellent work environment. * Real opportunities for learning and continuous development. **What will be your main responsibilities?:** * **Electrical:** Installation, connection, assembly, and preventive/corrective maintenance of electrical panels, minor infrastructure, lighting systems, and commercial cabling (both in buildings and industrial plants). * **Mechanical:** Preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, and painting of electromechanical equipment. * **General Services:** Execution of plumbing, basic locksmithing, and minor infrastructure repairs. **What profile are we looking for? (Requirements):** * Completed or ongoing **technical training** in Electricity, Maintenance Mechanics, Electrotechnology, or related fields. * **Proven experience** in maintenance of industrial plants or commercial buildings. * Demonstrated **multifunctional knowledge** (plumbing, locksmithing, and general infrastructure repairs). * Proactive attitude, high level of commitment, and orientation toward continuous improvement. **Position Conditions:** * **Location:** San Martín de Porres (Palao Area / La Milla Avenue), Lima. *(Preferably reside in nearby districts)*. * **Fixed schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * **Position type:** Full-time / 100% On-site. *Our company promotes equal opportunities and diversity in the workplace.
