LEARN → EXECUTE → GAIN EXPERIENCE → TAKE ON GREATER CHALLENGES → GROW ⭐ WHAT WILL YOU DO? · Design, redesign, and/or adapt parts for hoisting winches on the manufacturing line according to customer requirements, recording modifications in the corresponding form. · Design, redesign, or adapt parts for locomotive models, pneumatic shovels, mine cars, and traction winches, as required, using the Design and Development Record form. · Generate records in the Initial Requirements for Design and Development form for newly incoming projects. · Prepare drawings for manufacturing in the Machining Line (CNC machining centers, conventional machines), Fitting, Welding, and Finishing, as well as for the Quality Department. · Specify design details in the identification box on drawings, including general product name, part/element/component name, physical characteristics, drawing number, process sequence, etc. · Participate in calculating raw material requirements for new projects in coordination with the Operations Planner to improve efficiency. · Maintain project information on the computer in an organized manner to adequately address inquiries. · Store CNC machine programs orderly; such programs are delivered to the Design Department for safekeeping. · Evaluate potential modifications or adaptations for parts with the Operations Manager to enhance functionality and/or profitability. · Use the Design and Development Record form. · Complete the Drawing Delivery Record, which documents the delivery of drawings from Design to Production. ⭐ WHAT DO WE REQUIRE? Technical Education – MANDATORY Graduate (Professional or Technical) in: * **Production Mechanics** * Machine Tools * Industrial Mechanics * Maintenance Mechanics * Metal Structures * Or related technical fields.
