Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Determined / Eventual Period Contract (fixed duration) **What Are We Looking For?** **About the Role** * Conduct field visits to assess customer deterioration and achieve effective collections. * Manage refinancing (evaluation, manage DPS, manage rate request via Cotiza, negotiation, and submission for approval). * Manage restructuring (evaluation, manage DPS, manage rate request via Cotiza, negotiation, and submission for approval). * Monitor assigned portfolio: at portfolio level (productivity and results KPIs), at individual level (status of most relevant or high-impact cases), and at personal incentive grid level (specific targets for achievement). * Negotiation skills and financial knowledge. * Manage debt and credit card settlements to inform customers about debt status. * Coordinate with offices to exchange information and define client-facing strategies. **About You** * Graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience in SME collections management within the financial sector. * Desirable experience in recoveries. * Knowledge of refinancing, debt restructuring, and financial statements. * Experience managing customer portfolios. * Resident of Chincha. * Availability to perform fieldwork. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
