We are looking for a Technical Office Manager to collaborate with us on the **improvement stage of Road Corridor 41B**. If you have experience managing technical and contractual aspects of **road project execution during its improvement stage**, ensuring contractual, regulatory, and documentary compliance, we want to meet you! Your Responsibilities: * Analyze project drawings, technical specifications, and technical files. * Review and update quantity take-offs, calculations, and budgets. * Prepare monthly valuations for submission to the contracting entity. * Administer and organize all technical documents: drawings, data sheets, contracts, reports, laboratory test results, minutes, etc. * Ensure all documents comply with the contracting entity’s requirements and the regulatory framework. * Monitor and update the execution schedule (physical progress) and financial schedule. Contribute to performance evaluation, cost analysis, and unit price analysis. * Requirements: * Licensed Civil Engineer with valid professional registration. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as Technical Office Manager or in similar positions (Specialist, Coordinator, Specialist Engineer, or Engineer).
