Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of logistics operations, ensuring compliance with service agreements and efficient team management. Key Highlights: 1. Leads and manages teams in logistics operations. 2. Ensures compliance with customer service agreements. 3. Plans and controls the execution of logistics operations. At ALPA, a logistics services company with 20 years of market experience, we are currently looking for an OPERATIONS COORDINATOR to work at our warehouse in Lurín. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience leading work teams. * Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a coordinator or in similar positions. * Proficiency in Excel pivot tables. * Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred), KORBER. * Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). * Residency in areas near Lurín (preferred) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan and control the execution of customers' logistics operations to meet established service-level agreements. * Schedule and allocate resources for warehouse logistics operations to comply with the corresponding cost-of-sales budget. * Coordinate the execution of operations to meet applicable service agreements. * Supervise the billing of services provided to customers and suppliers to ensure timely and reliable recording of cost-of-sales and service revenue. * Monitor compliance with actions associated with the Integrated Management System and the Internal Work Regulations to achieve their respective objectives. * Manage and supervise the performance of the team under supervision.
