Are you ready to take on this challenge and join our team? **Requirements:** * Knowledge of plumbing, electrical installations, or related fields * 1 year of experience performing similar services * Availability to perform fieldwork * Residency in Arequipa, Peru * Willingness to travel within Peruvian territory **Responsibilities:** * Perform installation and maintenance services according to protocol * Perform additional services such as sample collection, decommissioning, relocations, technical visits, etc. * Respond to emergency services * Comply with company processes, policies, protocols, and manuals * Follow the assigned daily route * Complete required documentation as requested by the company: delivery notes, service reports, intake forms, etc. * Transport merchandise for services from the office to the client’s residence or business * Coordinate and prepare all necessary materials for services at least one day in advance * Accurately record route information in the routing system * Record all details of performed services * Take photos and videos of completed services * Raise alerts and communicate all service-related matters * Other duties related to the position and/or as directed by the immediate supervisor **Skills and Competencies:** * Assertive communication * Teamwork * Responsibility and commitment * Customer focus * Integrity and trustworthiness * Proactivity Send us your CV and maximize your talent with Edén Agua!
