Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineering intern to join our IT team, participating in the design and definition of a customized ERP and interacting with users to identify their needs. At **MP Outsourcing Logístico**, we are looking for a **Systems Engineering Intern** to join our IT team and participate in a new technology project focused on the **design and definition of a customized ERP**. We seek students in their final academic cycles who are interested in **systems analysis, requirements gathering, process documentation, and technological solution development**. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to directly engage in the project construction from its initial stage, interacting with users and various organizational departments to identify their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements. What will be your challenge? Provide support in **requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation** necessary for building a customized ERP, contributing to the development of a comprehensive technical specification that establishes the foundation for its future development and implementation. Main Responsibilities: * Gather information and requirements from users across different company departments. * Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and automation. * Record and document functional and non-functional requirements. * Participate in defining ERP workflows, processes, and functionalities. * Support structuring modules, functionalities, and business rules. * Document user profiles, roles, and access permissions. * Develop process diagrams, workflow diagrams, and/or use case diagrams. * Participate in modeling and defining database structures. * Document requirements related to APIs and integrations with external platforms. * Support defining authentication, authorization, and security criteria. * Develop user stories and acceptance criteria. * Participate in meetings with users for requirements elicitation, review, and validation. * Support executing functional tests on prototypes and/or developed modules. * Maintain up-to-date technical and functional project documentation. * Prepare, review, and update the ERP technical specification. * Provide support in other activities related to the analysis, design, and development of technological solutions. Requirements: * Student in the final academic cycles of **Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science**, or related fields. * Interest in systems analysis, design, and documentation. * Ability to interpret, analyze, and document business processes. * Availability to work **30 hours per week**. Desirable Knowledge: Familiarity with or interest in the following areas will be considered favorable: * Web application development. * System architecture and design. * Relational databases, especially **PostgreSQL**. * REST APIs and application integration. * Database design and modeling. * UML and process diagramming. * Git and version control tools. * Agile work methodologies. * Requirements analysis, elicitation, and documentation. * Authentication, authorization, and information security concepts. * JavaScript / TypeScript. * Python or other modern development technologies. What will you develop during the internship?
