Join the best team and transcend with your talent as a **Project Manager** **Your primary objective will be:** To serve as a leader for the assigned Scrum teams — acting as a facilitator and coach; supporting the team in reaching the next level: becoming a high-performing team. Be the expert in the framework and deeply understand agile principles and values. **How will you achieve this?** * Ensure all ceremonies are conducted efficiently and achieve their intended objectives. * Actively participate in framework ceremonies — not leading all, but actively engaging in each. * Drive actions that foster team member integration, collaborative work, and a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. * Apply the Scrum toolbox appropriately according to each situation. * Support the team in managing and resolving impediments hindering: product/service development progress and achievement of objectives: * Assist the team in self-managing and collaboratively resolving emerging impediments. * Promote post-daily spaces to eliminate impediments. * Track impediment removal to ensure team progress. * Establish channels for effective communication both within and outside the teams: * Facilitate smooth communication among team members to ensure technical topic understanding and alignment on shared goals. * Facilitate and resolve external queries (e.g., business areas, technology, etc.). * Create spaces and synergies between core and satellite teams within the squad. * Promote trust across squads through commitment fulfillment and shared goal understanding. * Act as a catalyst for change and continuous improvement in processes and products owned by your teams * Manage the budget for teams under your responsibility **What do we require from you?** * Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master. * Knowledge of Lean Startup * Knowledge of emerging technologies: DevOps * Agile tools: JIRA, BitBucket, Confluence, Qtest * Knowledge of agile metrics: Cycle Time, Lead Time, Throughput, Predictability **What do we offer you at Interbank?** * An INcredible experience with our flexible work model “Interbank Eres” * Development opportunities: growth paths and upskilling/reskilling tools at Interbank and across all Intercorp Group companies. * The chance to be part of the digital transformation of one of Peru’s most important companies **Apply now and become part of a team that always aims higher!** At Interbank, we are committed to equal opportunity.
