Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate and lead cross-functional strategic plans, analyze risk trends, orchestrate improvement levers, and design indicators for an integrated view of the area. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and lead the implementation of the area’s cross-functional plans and strategic agenda, ensuring alignment with area stakeholders. * Analyze and identify global and local trends to propose disruptive evolutions in the risk management model. * Orchestrate the integration of process, technology, customer experience, and control levers to eliminate silos and ensure an integrated view of the area. * Design and formulate strategic and operational indicators for the various units to ensure the area’s overall objectives are achieved. * Manage high-impact presentations and communications, ensuring strategic narrative delivery to committees and key stakeholders. * Challenge and propose new action lines for the transformation plan and foster the area’s innovation culture: **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields. * Preferred specialization or postgraduate degree in Risk Management, Strategy, Innovation, or Digital Transformation. * Minimum 4 years of experience in Strategy, Planning, Consulting, or related areas. * Experience in strategic, transformation, or risk management roles within the financial sector. * Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders. * Experience designing and implementing strategic and operational indicators (KPIs). * Participation in transformation initiatives, process improvement, or innovation projects. **Knowledge:** * Understanding of global trends in risk, digital transformation, and customer experience. * Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
