Position Summary: We are seeking a Strategic Planning Coordinator to challenge the status quo, consolidate key performance indicators, manage projects, and define OKRs in the telecommunications industry. Learn about the challenges as a Strategic Planning Coordinator: * Consolidate and analyze key telecommunications industry indicators (financial, commercial, network, and brand) for the Executive Committee and investors. * Manage, under a PMO approach, alliances and projects developed with external consulting firms. * Participate in defining and developing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the General Management and Strategic Planning Management. * Conduct monthly tracking and quarterly dissemination of progress on corporate OKRs and the Strategic Planning Management’s OKRs. * Coordinate and support the corporate strategic planning process together with various Vice Presidencies. * Analyze business challenges and develop ad hoc studies to identify strategic opportunities and solutions. * Provide support for strategic presentations and events targeting the CEO, vice presidents, and frontline managers. * Support management and evaluation of managerial line objectives, coordinating their tracking and communication. * Support planning and control of the Strategy Management’s OPEX budget. * Participate in profitability analysis and tracking of strategic and transformational initiatives. * Address business information requests, ensuring consistency and alignment in communication. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic planning, planning, or project management * Knowledge of financial analysis * Familiarity with Thinkcell, Miro, Canva, Menti, and Kahoot is desirable This position is open to persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
