We are a construction company specializing in nationwide retail projects, and we are currently looking to bring aboard an **OSH&E Supervisor** committed to safety, prevention, and continuous improvement on construction sites. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Ensuring compliance with current OSH&E regulations (Law No. 29783, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, among others). * Identifying hazards, assessing risks, and implementing control measures. * Supervising high-risk activities and verifying compliance with safety standards. * Conducting training sessions, inductions, drills, and awareness campaigns for personnel. * Coordinating OSH&E-related matters with site managers and subcontractors. * Managing environmental issues on site: waste, noise, emissions, and compliance with environmental standards. * Preparing reports, indicators, documentation, and OSH&E dossiers. * Investigating and reporting work-related incidents and accidents. **What we are looking for in you:** * Degree holder, licensed, and registered in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in roles such as OSH&E Supervisor, OSH&E Specialist, or similar positions in building construction and/or retail projects. * Knowledge of integrated management systems. * First aid certification (preferred). * Willingness to work on-site and travel as required by the project. **What we offer you:** * Employment with a solid and continuously growing company. * Participation in large-scale projects nationwide. * Opportunities for learning and professional development. * Excellent working environment and safety-focused culture. * Competitive salary commensurate with market standards and experience.
