




Position Summary: Supervise and coordinate the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, quality, and technical scope while integrating key departments. Ensure compliance with schedules, milestones, deliverables, and standards **Objective:** Supervise and coordinate the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, quality, and technical scope, while effectively integrating engineering, operations, logistics, procurement, and customer departments within the Project Management Sub-Department's operational model. **Requirements:** · Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. · Project management specialization or training is desirable. · Knowledge of contract management and valuation is desirable. **Experience:** 4 to 6 years of experience in industrial, electrical, or energy project execution or supervision. · Experience with generator sets, photovoltaic systems, electrical panels, and electromechanical projects is desirable. · Experience leading technical teams and coordinating multiple operational fronts. **Technical Knowledge:** · Project management and monitoring. · Reading and interpretation of electrical and electromechanical drawings. · Cost control and valuation. · Resource and schedule coordination. · Vendor and contractor management. · Intermediate/advanced Excel. · ERP (Odoo preferred). · MS Project or similar tools proficiency is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** · Supervise the end-to-end execution of assigned projects. · Coordinate activities among engineering, operations, logistics, and procurement. · Ensure adherence to schedules, milestones, and deliverables. · Conduct technical and operational progress monitoring of projects. · Manage operational requirements and escalation of incidents. · Coordinate valuations, project closures, and documentation. · Monitor cost, time, and scope deviations. · Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. · Maintain continuous communication with customers and internal departments. · Generate progress reports and alerts for the Project Management Sub-Department. · Support standardization and continuous improvement of project management practices. **Key Competencies:** · Operational leadership. · Negotiation skills. · Results orientation. · Planning and monitoring capability. · Effective communication. · Stress management. · Problem-solving ability. · Coordination capability. · Order and control. · Accountability. · Cross-departmental collaboration. **Strategic Comment:** The Project Supervisor role represents the tactical level of control and execution within the Project Management Sub-Department, acting as the integrator among planning, operations, and customers.
