Ongoing training in occupational safety and health. **JOIN US!** **SITE SUPPORT STAFF** Water Reservoir Construction Project – Virú \| Agricultural Estate **IRRIALTEC S.A.C.**, a company specialized in agricultural engineering, water reservoir construction, earthworks, and hydraulic works, is seeking responsible, committed individuals eager to grow professionally to join our team. **POSITION: SITE SUPPORT STAFF** If you have experience in civil construction, earthworks, or fieldwork and wish to be part of a large-scale project, this is your opportunity! **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Direct payroll enrollment from day one. * Market-competitive salary. * Work schedule of **21 days on / 7 days off**. * Transportation covered at **100%**. * Full meals provided during site assignment. * Accommodation provided by the company. * SCTR Health and Pension Insurance. * Provision of complete, certified PPE. * Ongoing training in Occupational Safety and Health. * Job stability. * Participation in major hydraulic infrastructure projects. * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in water reservoir construction activities. * Assist in excavation, backfilling, leveling, and compaction tasks. * Transport materials, tools, and equipment within the project site. * Assist in installation of hydraulic pipes and fittings. * Collaborate with machinery operators and work crews. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental procedures. * Perform other operational tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Foreman. **REQUIREMENTS** ✅ Minimum **6 months** of experience in: * Civil construction. * Earthworks. * Hydraulic works. * Agriculture. * Infrastructure projects. * Fieldwork (desirable). Specific experience in reservoirs is not mandatory; we primarily value attitude, commitment, and willingness to learn. Availability to work in **Virú** under the **21 days on / 7 days off** schedule.
