Preference will be given to applicants who, in addition to professional competence, live out and reflect these values in their personal lives, as they are a fundamental part of our educational identity. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Prepare and deliver classroom sessions for Grade 1 according to the pedagogical model of **CB EBENEZER**, considering students’ individual needs. * Conduct face-to-face classes in an organized environment that promotes learning and the holistic development of Grade 1 students. * Guide and support students in developing their cognitive, social, and emotional skills. * Propose and implement pedagogical improvements contributing to achieving expected learning outcomes at this level. * Foster respectful and collaborative relationships with parents/guardians. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Experience teaching face-to-face classes in Grade 1 of primary school. * Proficiency in computer tools (Office suite and Internet). * Preferably reside in Independencia or nearby areas. * We deeply value faith and Christian principles; therefore, we seek professionals who practice and promote these values in their daily lives.
