Key Responsibilities: **Main Responsibilities** Participate in the operational planning process and monitor project progress activities. Facilitate training processes according to the "Super Youth" methodology and implement the project’s technical activities. Participate in and follow up on technical training and formal education processes for project beneficiary youth. Document and provide inputs for preparing technical and financial reports during the project cycle. Engage mothers, fathers, caregivers—and especially local stakeholders, partners, and community leaders. **Expected Final Outcomes** Achieve individual targets to meet project objectives as required by the donor. Deliver high-quality training through implementation of the project’s methodology. Systematize information on delivered training methodologies. Train local stakeholders and partners to replicate the methodology, including respective follow-up. Guide and advise youth on their integration into formal or alternative education systems and technical-vocational training, aligned with their life plans. Develop a follow-up plan focused on project outcomes: employment, entrepreneurship, formal study, and technical-vocational training—in collaboration with local stakeholders and partners. Timely register various project actions in the project’s information systems to ensure accountability. Provide high-quality information for preparing required project reports, thereby demonstrating achievements and indicator compliance. Systematize, monitor, and document evidence-based information required by projects. For accompaniment and follow-up: Serve as the liaison between WVES and institutions/local stakeholders/partners/community leaders for logistics and implementation of methodological session replications.
