What Are the Main Responsibilities? * Manage technical service requests. * Assign service orders and coordinate with technical staff as required. What Are We Looking For? * Currently pursuing or having completed undergraduate studies in Networking, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office and customer support applications. * A proactive, communicative, service-oriented, dynamic, organized, and collaborative individual.
