




Job Summary: We are seeking a support engineer to investigate IT incidents, fulfill service requests, provide user support, and collaborate with global teams. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of meeting room devices and printers We are looking for a support engineer with fluent conversational English skills. **Key Responsibilities** Investigate incoming IT incident tickets; Fulfill IT-related service requests, such as creating and configuring user accounts; we also expect assistance with initial access setup. **Conversational to advanced English required – mandatory** Provide user support via phone calls, chat, and ticketing tools. Assist other teams in backup-related activities. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across the company, including our global teams, to deliver support. Provide assistance and preparation of meeting rooms for VIP users. Ensure meeting rooms remain fully operational by performing checklists on these devices. Maintain printer devices in working condition; request vendor assistance if issues arise. **Requirements (Hard and Soft Skills)** Basic IT knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Android, iOS, and common software applications. Basic IT knowledge of hardware support, maintaining and supporting company devices. **Conversational to advanced English required – mandatory** Problem-solving skills. Argentina 6000 Carmen de la Legua, Callao, Lima **Schedule:** 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (16:00 hours), and occasionally available on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (15:00 hours) **Salary Range:** USD 750.00 to USD 1\.000.00, commensurate with experience **English Proficiency Level:** Conversational to Advanced – mandatory **Experience:** 2 to 4 years
