Job Summary: We are seeking an audiovisual editor with design skills to create impactful and educational content on health, habits, and longevity—participating from ideation through analysis. Opportunity for growth and role expansion within a rapidly growing team. **Audiovisual Editor – Dr. Arrieta (IG: @doctorarrietam)** Are you passionate about creating powerful content that educates, resonates, and goes viral? We are a growing medical team focused on health, habit change, and longevity—and we’re looking for **an editor with design knowledge**, skilled in **vertical content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and horizontal content (long-form YouTube videos).** **You’ll join our audiovisual content team, participating in the entire process—from ideation to publication and performance analysis.** What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) **Editing & Narrative** * Edit vertical content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with rhythm, hooks, and retention. * Edit and structure long-form horizontal YouTube videos (chapters, pacing, visual assets). * “Clip” key moments from consultations and classes (we’ll train you on identifying highlights). * Audio cleanup and basic color correction. * Support scriptwriting, hooks, 3–5s attention-grabbers, and clinical-emotional narrative. **Thumbnails & Graphic Design** * Create **high-CTR thumbnails** for YouTube, Reels, and TikTok. * Design **banners, carousels, product/resource cover images**, downloadable PDFs, website headers, internal presentations, and ad assets. * Maintain visual brand consistency (style guide, typography, color palette). **Operations & Collaboration** * Participate in **in-person recordings** 1–2 times per week as needed (Miraflores, Lima). * Organize and version materials in Drive/Notion/Airtable using consistent naming conventions. **Requirements (Mandatory)** * Proficiency in **Premiere / Final Cut / CapCut / DaVinci** (one primary tool + working familiarity with others). * Proven experience in **both vertical and horizontal formats** (please submit concrete examples). * Practical understanding of **retention techniques** (rhythm, cuts, editing patterns, text overlays) and **thumbnail CTR optimization**. * Working knowledge of **design tools**: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma (fluent handling of static assets, typography, color, and composition). * Ability to maintain consistent brand identity (colors, typography, visual style, tone—medical-professional yet human). * Skill in balancing titles, subtitles, and informational text to ensure clarity, readability, and visual appeal. * Fast, clean subtitling (correct spelling, visual emphasis). * Strong eye for **emotions, pivotal moments, and high-impact phrases**. * Organizational discipline for **file versioning** and **on-time delivery**. * Genuine interest in topics related to **health, habits, and weight loss**. Plus (Valuable but not required) * **After Effects** / basic motion graphics (lower thirds, transitions, simple graphics). * Basic YouTube SEO (titles, keywords, chapters). * AI tools for editing/transcription. * On-set photography or basic art direction. Work Mode, Compensation & Growth * **Monthly compensation**: S/. 1,400 PEN (potential increase after integration and demonstrated results). * **Hybrid model**: In-person (recordings in Miraflores as needed) + remote (editing/design). Schedule: Monday–Friday (9 AM–6 PM). * A team in full growth mode, offering continuous feedback and real career progression—both in role scope and compensation. * Contract includes a **1–2 month probationary period**.
