Analysis and interpretation of key data for optimization A growing digital agency is looking to add a **Junior Digital Trafficker** to its team, someone eager to grow within the performance marketing field. **About the Role:** As a Junior Digital Trafficker, you will support the creation, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, collaborating closely with the senior team and the creative department. **Requirements:** * Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields (recent graduate or final-year student) * Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads * Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel * Interest in lead-generation and web conversion campaigns * Basic understanding of key metrics (ROAS, CPR, CTR, CPM, Awareness) * Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets * Proficiency with digital tools: Google Drive, Slack, Miro, Asana **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications or courses in Digital Marketing, Meta Ads, or Google Ads * Experience using artificial intelligence in marketing * Knowledge of advertising copywriting * Creativity and interest in staying updated on platform trends and updates * Basic English proficiency (desirable) **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in developing performance (paid media) strategies * Analyze and interpret key data to optimize campaigns * Manage campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google under supervision * Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and Growth Marketing practices * Support in preparing weekly and monthly campaign reports * Coordinate with the creative team on the design and audiovisual production of content Salary: S/.1,400\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
