




Position Summary: We are seeking a comprehensive technical support professional with experience in maintaining computer systems, networks, and technological platforms, preferably within educational institutions. Service-oriented mindset, proactivity, and problem-solving ability. **Technical Support Position Requirements** A professional with comprehensive technical support experience is required, preferably with experience in educational institutions or small-to-medium-sized enterprises. **Academic Qualifications** * Certified Technician in Computing and Informatics, Networks and Communications, or related fields. * Graduates or bachelor's degree holders in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines are also eligible to apply. **Experience** Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical support for computer equipment, networks, and technological platforms, preferably in educational institutions, with practical experience in: * User support. * Maintenance of PCs and printers. * LAN and Wi-Fi networks. * Google Workspace. * Academic management systems. * IP cameras and DVR/NVR systems. * Coordination with internet and technology service providers. **Knowledge** * Hardware and software technical support. * Basic installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and peripherals. * Basic installation and configuration of networking equipment (routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points). * Diagnosis and resolution of incidents in LAN and Wi-Fi networks. * Administration of Google Workspace for Education. * Proficiency in educational and academic management platforms (e.g., CUBICOL or similar). * Basic administration of user accounts, permissions, and institutional email. * Configuration, basic maintenance, and monitoring of video surveillance systems (IP cameras, DVR/NVR, and remote viewing). * Backup management and best practices in information security. **Competencies** * Service-oriented mindset. * Proactivity. * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Confidentiality in handling information. * Ability to work under pressure. **Additional Requirements** * Availability to perform preventive maintenance or respond to incidents outside regular school hours when necessary. * No criminal record incompatible with employment in educational institutions.
