Hybrid work model. **Collections Intern** **What does Marsh offer you?** * A company with a strong brand and solid results that match its reputation. * The opportunity to launch your professional career * Opportunity to interact with other Marsh business areas to understand the full scope of client relationships and service. * Employee resource groups providing access to leaders, relevant mentoring opportunities, and interactions with counterparts across industry groups **We will count on you for the following responsibilities:** * Maintain reports in Python and Power Automate to run processes. * Generate reports from the system by performing data cross-referencing and reconciliations. * Manage and deliver data to third parties (vendors) * Support collections executives * Inconsistency analysis: Analyze data and verify that no inconsistencies exist in the information. * Weekly dashboard data updates to share with the team, send communication emails to user departments, and organize information within the team. * Receive insurer data, clean it, validate correct system loading, sort it, and distribute it to respective teams to facilitate resolution of outstanding balances and pending issues. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Business Processes, or related programs. * Intermediate English proficiency * Between 7th and 9th semester * Top 20% of class ranking * Competencies that will help you stand out * Proficiency in Office tools: Advanced Excel and other technological tools including AI, Python, and Power Apps/Automate. **Competencies that will help you stand out.** * Assertive communication skills * Relationship building * Organization * Critical thinking Marsh Risk is a Marsh company (NYSE: MRSH), a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
