Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineer with interest in the metal-mechanical sector to ensure that products and processes meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure quality standards for metal-mechanical products and processes 2. Implementation and monitoring of the project's Quality Management Plan 3. Supervision and quality control of civil works and metal-mechanical structures **R\&E INNOVA SAC** is a service-oriented company specializing in engineering and projects. We specialize in the design and production of metal-mechanical structures, grating manufacturing, execution of civil, electrical, and mechanical works, and general maintenance. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Quality Engineer**, with interest in working and gaining experience within a metal-mechanical company located in Arequipa. ***Job Mission:*** Ensure that products and processes comply with established quality standards **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Implementation and monitoring of the project's Quality Management Plan * Supervision and quality control of civil works, fabrication, and assembly of metal-mechanical structures * Inspection of foundations, concrete, reinforcement steel, formwork, metal structures, welding, anchor bolts, assembly, and painting * Application and documentation of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods: (VT) Visual Testing, (PT) Penetrant Testing, and (MT) Magnetic Particle Testing * Control of material receipt, certificates, traceability, and proper storage * Coordination and monitoring of laboratory tests and quality control inspections * Coordination with client, supervision, production, engineering, surveying, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards * Preparation of quality progress reports and compilation of discipline-specific quality dossiers * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor inherent to the position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduated and professionally licensed in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of verified experience as a Quality Supervisor or NDT/END Inspector. * Mixed experience in projects involving foundations, concrete structures, and assembly of metal structures * Residence in Arequipa (preferred). **COMPETENCIES:** * Organized and methodical individual. * Ability to work under pressure. * Initiative and proactivity. * Strong verbal communication skills. ***OTHER DETAILS:*** * Start date: Immediate * Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.4,000.00 per month Application questions: * Please indicate your years of experience. * Are you available to start immediately? / Provide your current mobile phone number * In which district do you currently reside?
