We are part of the renowned Retail Services group, and we are looking to add passionate individuals who love cooking and excellent service to our team at our location in **Miraflores or Santiago de Surco.** **REQUIREMENTS** \- Technical or university degree in Gastronomy. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a butcher. \- Availability to work rotating shifts. \- Must reside in Miraflores or Santiago de Surco. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Control product rotation according to PEPS (first in – first out). \- Complete the flavor checklist and mise en place before each service. \- Perform cutting of red and white meats. \- Properly pack and store leftover products from the day.
