Key Responsibilities: **Program Manager – Social, Environmental \& Economic Resilience (HEA)** **Lead Responsibilities:** * Ensure high\-quality, efficient program implementation for child and family resilience * Lead disaster preparedness and emergency response strategies * Build strategic partnerships to expand impact * Manage budgets and deliver measurable results * Develop and mentor high\-performing teams **Requirements:** 1\. Degree in Civil Engineering, Agronomy, Economics, Ecology (Postgraduate preferred) 2\. Advanced English 3\. 5\+ years in social projects \& emergency response leadership 4\.
