Job Summary: We are seeking a QA Engineer to perform manual and automated testing, collaborate within agile teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of web, mobile, backend, and AI-powered product quality. We are currently looking for a **QA Engineer** **Responsibilities:** * Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the quality of web, mobile, backend, and AI-generated reporting products. * Collaborate with development, design, and product teams in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban). * Design, document, and maintain clear and effective test cases. * Perform regression, performance, accessibility, and API testing. * Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as Jira. * Actively participate in continuous quality improvement processes. **Requirements:** * Advanced English proficiency * Experience in QA roles (juniors with demonstrated impact or senior profiles accepted) * Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright * Familiarity with functional, performance, and API testing * Proficiency with tools such as Jira (or similar), Git, and test management platforms * Strong analytical skills to convert ambiguous requirements into structured test cases * Experience working under agile methodologies **Our Testing Toolkit:** * Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright (automation) * Jira and test management tools * Git (version control) * Postman or similar tools for API testing * CI/CD tools (optional) * Cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP (desirable) **Desirable (non-exclusive):** * Experience in mobile testing (Android/iOS) * Knowledge of load, stress, or chaos engineering testing * Experience with Docker and cloud services (AWS, GCP) * SQL knowledge for data validation and analysis * Interest or experience in evaluating AI/ML models and data quality ***Immediate availability*** **Position Details:** * **Employment Type**: Full-time * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM \- 100% On-site * **Work Location**: Surco (El Trigal Shopping Center) Job Type: Full\-time Application Question(s): * Indicate document type and number (DNI or CE) * Are you available to work on-site in Surco?
