Work Location: Suches (Moquegua – bordering Puno) Company: Explosupport Employment Modality: Payroll – General Regime Compensation: S/ 2,200 \+ S/ 100 mobility allowance Vacancies: 01 Work Schedule: 20 days on / 10 days off Mobility covered by the company Requirements * Studies in Bakery, Pastry or Confectionery. * Minimum 2 years’ experience producing bread, desserts, cakes, and pastry products. * In the absence of technical studies, certified 5 years’ experience in similar positions is required. * Valid health certificate. * Police, criminal, and judicial background records. * Availability to work at 4,800 m.a.s.l. * Residence in Arequipa, Moquegua, Tacna, Puno or Juliaca. Main Responsibilities * Produce bread, doughs, cakes, and pastry products according to schedule. * Prepare desserts and cakes in accordance with established menus. * Monitor fermentation, baking, and cooling processes. * Verify quality and freshness of ingredients used. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. * Manage inventories and coordinate ingredient requirements. * Operate bakery and pastry equipment safely. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
