Job Summary: We are seeking Cleaning Staff with experience in maintaining spaces and a strong commitment to hygiene and order. Key Highlights: 1. We value responsibility, proactivity, and attention to detail. **Requirements** **Work Experience** * **General Experience:** Minimum **6 months** of experience in cleaning, maintenance, or general services. * **Specific Experience:** Experience in office, corporate building, institutional, or commercial facility cleaning is preferred. **Specific Responsibilities** * Perform cleaning and disinfection of offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, kitchenettes, and common areas. * Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and furniture in optimal condition. * Restock hygiene supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.). * Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned areas. * Sort and dispose of waste appropriately in accordance with company policies. * Promptly report requirements for cleaning materials and equipment. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of assigned equipment and tools. * Comply with occupational safety and health regulations. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by immediate supervisor. **Academic Qualifications** **Education Level:** * Completed secondary education. **Knowledge** * Proficiency in using cleaning products and equipment. * Basic knowledge of office cleaning and disinfection. * Knowledge of waste segregation is desirable. * Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health regulations is desirable. **Competencies** * Responsibility. * Punctuality. * Order and cleanliness. * Honesty. * Commitment. * Proactivity. * Teamwork. * Attention to detail. * Willingness to serve. **Apply by sending your CV to:** **quadrantemetaengineering@gmail.com** **Subject:** **CLEANING STAFF – PART TIME** **Work Location:** On-site. **Schedule:** Part Time (24 hours per week). **Position Type:** Part-time.
