Job Summary: Support clothing distribution (clean linens), soiled linen collection, replenishment of housekeeping carts, and cleaning and maintaining order in hotel facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Clothing distribution and collection, and supply of housekeeping supplies 2. Assistance with deep cleaning and equipment relocation 3. Handling special requests and incident reporting **1\.**Distribute clean linens to floors: sheets, towels, pillowcases, duvet covers, and other supplies. **2\.**Collect soiled linens from guest rooms and transport them to the laundry. **3\.**Stock housekeeping carts with necessary cleaning supplies (amenities, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.). **4\.**Assist with deep cleaning of guest rooms or public areas as required. **5\.**Move furniture or heavy equipment upon request from supervision or maintenance staff. **6\.**Deliver and collect guest special requests (extra beds, irons, etc.). **7\.**Maintain order in the housekeeping storage room, as well as in the linen rooms (lining). **8\.**Assist in transporting cleaning equipment to various hotel areas. **9\.**Ensure floors are tidy and corridors are free of obstructions. **10\.**Report damages or irregular situations to the Housekeeping Supervisor. **11\.**At the end of each shift, record all incidents that occurred during the shift in the incident logbook and inform the Front Desk about lost and found items.
