Opportunity for professional growth and development **Hello!** At Talento Selectivo, we are currently looking for a **Junior Real Estate Lawyer** to join the legal team of our client: a real estate company focused on **legal judgment, operational coordination, and conciliation**. We seek a professional with strong communication skills, empathy, and sound judgment—capable of **adapting legal solutions to the business’s operational dynamics**, while consistently maintaining a preventive, resolution-focused, and client experience-oriented approach. **We prioritize professionals with a conciliatory mindset, oriented toward resolving conflicts rather than escalating them.** Responsibilities * **Management of the title registration process on behalf of the client**, from explaining the process and reviewing the draft deed to obtaining the registered public deed. * Review and adjustment of contractual clauses in coordination with the commercial department, evaluating each case individually while balancing the client’s needs against the company’s protection. * Legal support to the commercial team in specific client-related situations, providing solution alternatives and assisting in decision-making. * Participation in targeted negotiations with clients, aimed at resolving disputes through conciliatory agreements. * Title examination and tracking of registry and notarial procedures, including addressing observations, monitoring registrations, handling registry restrictions, and lifting encumbrances or liens, as applicable. * Coordination with notaries, SUNARP, and other entities to ensure proper management of transactions, when required. * General support on corporate and administrative matters (e.g., contracts, trademarks, patents, etc.). * General support on labor-related matters. * Case management and follow-up before INDECOPI (if applicable). **Professional and Job Requirements** * Licensed and registered lawyer. * 1–3 years of professional experience (preferably in real estate, notary offices, or related functions, **with emphasis on client management and procedural handling**). * Knowledge of registry and notarial matters, and experience using SUNARP. * Prior experience in title examination is desirable. * Knowledge of consumer law (familiarity with INDECOPI is desirable). * Ability to handle multiple cases and maintain orderly process tracking. **Key Competencies** * Strong negotiation and **conciliation** skills. * Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication. * Experience managing difficult clients and conflict situations. * Ability to mediate between internal departments (especially the commercial team) and clients. * Solution-oriented mindset. * Emotional intelligence and sound judgment. * Proactivity and responsiveness. **What We Offer** * A dynamic, collaborative, and solution-oriented work environment. * Continuous learning in the real estate sector. * Active participation in real-world cases and decision-making. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * **Working Hours:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (hybrid model, with in-person attendance as required). **Application** Contact us by applying to this posting or send your CV to: **talento.selectivo.pe@gmail.com** Please indicate your **salary expectations**. **Position Type:** Full-time **Work Modality:** On-site Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
