Key Responsibilities: * Meet monthly new credit disbursement targets according to assigned level (Junior, Senior, or Master). * Strictly monitor current-month renewals as part of delivering excellent service to our clients. * Enforce credit policies in accordance with the methodology applied in the region where services are provided. * Recover loans while ensuring portfolio quality, maintaining PAR >30 days below 3\.0% per month-end portfolio report. * Follow credit-stage protocols at each phase of the credit cycle. * Conduct group visits punctually according to repayment frequency (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly). * Encourage client retention within VFM by delivering high-quality service. * Immediately follow up on delinquency from day one to ensure payment via the designated group reference at institutions appointed by the company. * Adhere to fraud prevention policies and procedures established by the institution for each client. * Fulfill the organization’s mission, vision, core values, and social impact goals. * Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and activities held in locations affected by adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
