This position is designed with a progressive growth path, where responsibilities will increase as the candidate masters the codebase, ERP systems, and AI workflows. Main Responsibilities: Research and implement proof-of-concept solutions related to AI, automation, and intelligent agents. Document workflows, integrations, technical processes, and architectural decisions. Analyze and understand existing Python and JavaScript code. Support integrations and automations using tools such as n8n, LangChain, and LangGraph. Provide basic support for tasks within ERP systems (ERPNext or Odoo). Maintain organized technical documentation and code repositories. Mid-term Responsibilities (scalable): Develop more complex automations and AI workflows. Integrate external APIs with ERP and internal systems. Develop modules or customizations for ERPNext or Odoo. Fix bugs and implement functional improvements with increasing autonomy. Participate in designing automation and AI architectures. Requirements: Basic/intermediate knowledge of Python and JavaScript. Genuine interest in applied artificial intelligence, automation, and intelligent agents. Ability to conduct technical research and read documentation in English. Strong writing skills and ability to document technical processes. Graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. (Not current students) Desirable: Basic experience with n8n, LangChain, or LangGraph. Introductory knowledge of ERPNext or Odoo. Use of Git/GitHub for version control. Basic knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks. Work Mode: Intern or Junior (depending on profile). Guided learning with escalating technical responsibilities.
