We’re super passionate about the work we do and we’re looking for a self\-starter who values excellence, creativity, and a genuine passion for delivering the best in every cup. **About the role** We’re looking for a high\-taste UI/UX Designer who can create beautiful, high\-converting ecommerce experiences. You’ll design landing pages, product pages, and site flows that are not only visually world\-class, but also built to drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) and revenue. This role is ideal for someone who lives at the intersection of design craft \+ ecommerce performance. We’re a startup, so this role is best for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, moves quickly, and can execute with high quality while juggling multiple priorities. Working hours: This role requires availability 9:00am–6:00pm Eastern Time (ET). **What you’ll do** * Design high\-performing ecommerce landing pages (homepage, product pages, collections, bundles, quizzes, etc.) * Create clean, modern UI with excellent typography, spacing, and hierarchy * Improve user flows across the site (navigation, PDP, cart, checkout, upsells) * Collaborate with marketing \+ growth teams to ship pages that improve conversion, AOV, and retention * Use CRO thinking to design pages that win (trust, clarity, speed to value, strong CTAs) * Build design systems/components that scale across campaigns and site updates • Work closely with developers to ensure pixel\-perfect execution **What we’re looking for** * Exceptional design taste — strong visual design instincts and attention to detail • Strong UI/UX fundamentals: hierarchy, layout, usability, mobile\-first design * Proven ecommerce experience designing multiple types of landing pages and product experiences • Ability to design for outcomes: conversion, clarity, engagement * Comfortable working in a startup environment with speed, ownership, and high accountability • Strong portfolio showing: * + Ecommerce websites / landing pages + Before/after redesigns (bonus) + Strong typography \+ layout work * Skilled in Figma (required) **Bonus points (nice to have)** * CRO experience: A/B testing familiarity, heatmaps/session recordings, iterative design • Experience with Shopify, Webflow, or headless ecommerce * Knowledge of performance best practices (fast, lightweight, conversion\-focused pages) • Copy \+ UX writing instincts (or ability to collaborate with copywriters) **What success looks like** * Landing pages that look premium and convert extremely well * Faster iteration speed for new campaigns and site improvements * A consistent, scalable design system across the ecommerce experience * Clear improvements in key metrics (conversion rate, add\-to\-cart, checkout completion)
