Compliance with biosafety standards and PPE. **Job Objective** Ensure cleanliness, disinfection, and orderliness across all polyclinic areas, contributing to infection prevention and compliance with biosafety and health standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform daily cleaning and disinfection of: * Medical consultation rooms * Waiting areas * Restrooms * Administrative areas * Hallways and staircases * Apply hospital cleaning protocols according to area type (critical, semi-critical, non-critical). * Properly handle solid waste (general, biohazardous, sharps). * Use cleaning and disinfecting supplies correctly. * Comply with biosafety standards and PPE usage requirements. * Report incidents (spills, breakages, supply shortages). * Support scheduled terminal and general cleanings. * Maintain orderly storage of cleaning supplies. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Completed primary or secondary education (preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 6 months of institutional cleaning experience. * Experience in healthcare facilities is preferred.
