Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor to verify the entry of shipping guides, supervise loading and unloading activities, and organize personnel for stowage and dispatch operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Verification and digitization of shipping guides for provincial dispatches. 2. Daily supervision of loading and unloading processes. 3. Organization and management of operational personnel and materials. A market-leading company specializing in medium- and heavy-duty cargo transportation, as well as documents and parcels, covering northern, southern, central, and eastern regions of Peru—with over 57 destinations for distribution of its diverse consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, spare parts, machinery, equipment, technology, commissary items, and mining-sector products—is seeking top talent for the position of: LOGISTICS OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR **Experience**: 3 years in similar positions Salary: S/.2000 on payroll \+ 500 mobility allowance Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts * **Responsibilities** * Verify system entry (data entry) of shipping guides requested by customers for provincial dispatches (demand). * Carry out loading and unloading processes according to the daily provincial vehicle dispatch schedule, local pickups, and/or return deliveries. * Verify correct issuance of transport documents (Work Orders, Waybills, etc.) for cargo movement. * Responsible for establishing, organizing, and managing shift schedules for assigned operators. * Organize operator personnel to execute daily stowage, packaging, labeling, and dispatch activities. * Responsible for monitoring consumption and functionality of operation-assigned materials and equipment (stretch wrap, conveyor belts, pallet jacks, etc.). * Responsible for ensuring execution of the Cross-Dock Center’s daily activity schedule. * Responsible for ensuring proper presentation and use of PPE by assigned operational personnel (uniforms, helmets, boots, safety belts, etc.). * Conduct daily inventory.
