We are looking for an **Operations Coordinator** with solid experience coordinating fleets, assigning personnel, and managing operations in companies engaged in transportation, heavy machinery, or lifting services. We seek a professional with strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making capabilities, focused on delivering scheduled services and optimizing operational resources. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields (professional registration not mandatory). * Minimum of 1 **year** of experience as an **Operations Coordinator**, **Specialist**, or **Analyst in Fleet Coordination and Personnel Assignment**. * Mandatory experience in companies operating in the **transportation, heavy machinery, or equipment rental sector**. * Experience coordinating scheduling of units, operators, and field personnel. * Knowledge of fleet control, service scheduling, and operational monitoring. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level). * Availability to work in Lurín. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in companies providing **lifting and crane maneuvering services**. * Knowledge of operational performance indicators (KPIs). * Experience coordinating operations for mining, industrial, or construction sectors. Responsibilities * Coordinate daily service scheduling and assignment of equipment, operators, and technical personnel. * Monitor fleet availability and ensure adherence to the schedule. * Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and commercial departments to ensure operational continuity. * Track service execution and address operational contingencies. * Optimize resource utilization by minimizing downtime and improving productivity. * Prepare operational reports and management performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures.
