Job Summary: We are seeking a Rigging Engineer to plan and supervise lifting activities, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety standards in mining projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning and supervision of lifting activities. 2. Resource management and coordination with clients. 3. Safety and environmental training. We are Consorcio Logístico Sagitario, and currently seeking a **RIGGING ENGINEER** to join us at Minera Chinalco Perú, located in Junín at 4,500 meters above sea level. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan lifting activities and ensure they are executed according to the plan. * Coordinate with client supervision regarding daily work activities. * Efficiently manage and administer company-assigned project resources. * Monitor adherence to the project activity schedule. * Identify hazards and assess associated risks, and plan controls to minimize risks and enable safe execution of activities. * Submit daily technical reports to the immediate supervisor on work progress. * Provide technical, safety, and environmental training and awareness to personnel under supervision. * Inspect facilities to verify infrastructure conditions ensuring a comfortable working environment for our staff. * Verify safety and operational conditions of the assigned vehicle unit (SUVs) prior to commencing duties. * Perform other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of functional competence, as required by organizational needs. * Comply with work standards specified in RIT, RISST, RITRAN, IPER, IPERC, and JSA. **EDUCATION:** * Professional degree in Mining, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field as required by the project; licensed, registered with the professional association, and duly authorized. * Training courses in supervision of cargo lifting operations. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum six (6) years of verifiable experience in lifting operations for plant assembly and maintenance shutdown projects, preferably in the mining sector. **AVAILABILITY:** * Willingness to work under a 14-days-on/7-days-off regime or other special or alternative work arrangements, as operationally required by the company. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Knowledge and application of ASME B30\. * Development of Rigging Plans. * Soft skills oriented toward teamwork. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and Project (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Email). * Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, among others (not mandatory). * Teamwork management.
