




Position Summary: Supervise and coordinate the execution of the lubrication program, implementing improvements to ensure compliance and optimize lubricant consumption. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the lubrication contract and optimize service quality. 2. Implement lubrication strategies and continuous improvements. 3. Oversee daily lubrication activities and coordinate work tasks. **POSITION MISSION:** Supervise, control, and coordinate the execution of the weekly lubrication program and lubrication contract, implementing service-quality-oriented improvements in coordination with the supplier, to ensure compliance with the weekly lubrication program and lubrication contract while optimizing lubricant consumption. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor daily lubrication activities per the weekly plan, coordinating the execution of scheduled / unscheduled work and authorizing such work. * Develop lubrication strategies in coordination with Reliability and Planning for SAP loading (e.g., oil changes), maintaining up-to-date records of lubrication strategies, lubricants, and filters. * Generate work requests (notifications) and condition reports based on oil sampling, field analysis of oils, filters, screens, magnetic collectors, and lubrication route inspections. * Coordinate final disposal of used oils from the Lubrication Workshop. * Implement improvements to lubrication strategies and stages (supply, storage, cleaning, containment, transfer, analysis), including standardization of identified best practices within assigned processes (sampling ports, level indicators, breathers, etc.). * Manage maintenance, repair, and proper care of equipment/tools in the Lubrication Workshop. * Manage execution of the lubrication contract and review of its valuations, defining service-quality-oriented improvements in coordination with the supplier. In 2007, Aluminum Corporation of China (CHINALCO) established Minera Chinalco Perú S.A. (Chinalco Perú) to build, develop, and operate the Toromocho copper mega-project. The Toromocho Mining Unit has been the first world-class copper mine fully executed and developed by a Chinese company from inception overseas. It is located in the district of Morococha, province of Yauli, department of Junín, at over 4,500 meters above sea level. It operates a concentrator plant processing approximately 117,200 tons of ore per day. Today, Chinalco Perú is one of China Copper’s most important enterprises and CHINALCO’s largest wholly-owned foreign subsidiary. Requirements **1\.\- Degrees:** MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING, MECHATRONICS ENGINEERING, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING **2\.\- Experience:** 8 years overall, 5 years in the sector, 3 years in the position **3\.\- Technical Tools:** SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) (Intermediate), EXCEL (Intermediate) **4\.\- Certifications:** MLAII Certification, MLE Certification, MLT Certification, Knowledge of concentrator plant lubrication (crushing, grinding, flotation, filters, tailings) **5\.\- Licenses:** Class A1 Driver’s License (one year of validity), Degree holder, registered professional, and duly licensed **KNOWLEDGE:** * Mining and industrial safety * Knowledge of concentrator plant equipment and components * Asset management processes * Knowledge of used oil disposal * Equipment condition monitoring * Reliability tools (Root Cause Analysis) * Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques (vibration analysis, ultrasonics, thermography, etc.) * Maintenance KPIs and management metrics (Cost/Performance) * Machinery lubrication management * Oil analysis and filter analysis Benefits Benefits in accordance with applicable law and the Compensation Policy (MCP).
