Participate in challenging technology projects Job Description Position Description We are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead based in Chile or Peru, specialized in Next.js, React, and Hexagonal Architecture, to participate in technology projects within a dynamic and international environment. The selected candidate will work on designing and developing high-performance web interfaces, ensuring clean, scalable, and maintainable architecture, in collaboration with technical and business teams. Your Responsibilities Lead a front-end development team technically, primarily using React and Next.js Define and apply Hexagonal Architecture on the front\-end to ensure modular, scalable, and easily maintainable solutions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (back\-end, UX/UI, product) to integrate front\-end solutions with existing services and APIs. Participate in code reviews, define best practices, and continuously improve the front\-end codebase. Contribute to the technical design of new features, proposing solutions aligned with the defined architecture. Your Profile 5\+ years of experience as a Front\-end Developer or in similar roles. Proven experience leading front-end teams. Demonstrable experience working with Next.js in production projects. Practical knowledge and application of Hexagonal Architecture or other domain-driven architectures on the front\-end. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving orientation, and excellent communication abilities. Experience working in collaborative environments and agile methodologies.
