Opportunity to implement technical improvements in the area **Position Profile: Die-Making Technician** We are looking for a Die-Making Technician responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of molds and dies by performing maintenance activities, appropriate monitoring, and ongoing technical support to the production department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molds and dies. * Inspect the condition and operability of molds before and after each use. * Manage storage, control, and inventory of molds and dies. * Carry out technical adjustments and improvements according to production requirements. * Comply with and promote good maintenance practices as well as safety standards. **Requirements:** **Academic Qualification:** Technical degree in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Die-Making, Manufacturing Mechatronics, Metallurgical-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in the plastic industry is desirable. **Competencies:** * Proactivity and initiative. * Effective communication. * Adaptability to change. * Organization and attention to detail. **Working Conditions and Benefits:** * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (day shift). * Meals provided. * Formal employment under the general labor regime (includes bonuses, CTS, and vacation benefits). * Life Insurance Law and SCTR coverage. * EsSalud health insurance coverage. * Family allowance (as applicable). **Employment Type:** Full-time **Work Modality:** On-site Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site Employment
