Job Summary: VERMI SAC \\ - Verde Puro, a leader in vegetable production, is seeking a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute products in Metropolitan Lima. Key Points: 1. Distribution in Metropolitan Lima according to assigned route sheet 2. Coordination of product loading and unloading, verifying documentation 3. Compliance with quality and safety protocols and regulations **VERMI SAC \- Verde Puro** Verde Puro is a company located in the district of Pachacamac with 34 years of experience in the industry, employing over 100 staff members. It specializes primarily in the production, industrialization, and commercialization of high-quality vegetables supplied to well-known supermarkets and restaurants across Peru. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Preferably reside in the districts of Pachacamac, Lurín, or nearby areas to ensure punctuality at the company’s location in Pachacamac. * Valid A1 driver’s license and proficient operation of refrigerated vans. * Prior delivery experience and familiarity with Lima (preferred but not mandatory). * Availability to work from 5:00 AM to 1:45 PM. * Willingness to work overtime as needed to complete distribution; overtime is compensated in accordance with applicable law. * Willingness to assist the driver’s helper when required. * Responsible, punctual individuals with sound judgment while driving. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Distribute products in Metropolitan Lima according to the assigned route sheet. * Coordinate loading and unloading of finished products and verify associated transportation documentation. * Maintain up-to-date documents and records specific to the work area. * Promptly report and process returns and/or rejections to the Quality Department before unloading. * Comply with protocols established by departments responsible for the position (Distribution, Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources, or as otherwise directed by General Management). * Other duties as specified during the in-person interview. **KEY BENEFITS:** * Meals provided during overtime hours. * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Job stability. * Market-competitive salary. * Mobility bonus. * Overtime pay. * Full statutory benefits under the General Regime. * Full gratification payment. * CTS (Compensatory Time Savings) payment. * Mandatory Life Insurance. * Private Health Insurance (SCTR). * EsSalud. * Etc.
